Three plans. No contract.

The widget catches enquiries from your website and sends them to you by text or email. What happens next is up to you. The Ralphio System keeps every enquiry in one place and does the next part for you: it texts back missed calls, chases quotes until they reply and asks for a review when the job’s done. A sensible way in is to start with the widget and move up once you can see the enquiries coming in.

Because it works in your name. It texts your customers, books visits into your diary and decides which jobs are worth interrupting you for, and I can’t guess any of that from your website. So we spend 15 minutes on the phone, or on Google Meet, going through how work comes in, how you price, your hours and the areas you cover. If you want longer, we take longer. The widget on its own doesn’t need a call: you can set that up yourself.

That’s fine, and it’s the usual starting point. The widget and the Ralphio System both go on the site you already have. I only bring up a new website if the site itself is what’s losing you the work.

No. Every plan is a rolling month. Cancel any time and it stops at the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you keep your number. If the widget isn’t for you, tell me in your first month and I’ll refund it. Setup for the system and websites isn’t refundable, because the work’s been done, unless I miss the 48 hours.

Live in 48 hours, counted Monday to Friday, or the setup fee is on us. The clock starts once you have sent a logo and answered the setup questions, which takes about ten minutes at your end. The one thing sitting outside that is moving an existing number across, because it runs on the network’s timeline rather than mine. If you are porting a number I give you one that rings your mobile in the meantime, so you are still catching everything from day two.

No. You keep your number and your phone. On the setup call you dial a short code that sends the calls you don’t answer to the system instead of to voicemail, and it texts them back straight away. Calls you pick up aren’t touched, and one code turns it off again. If you’d rather move a number to me, like an office landline, I can do that too, and you get a number that rings your mobile while it moves across. I can also set up a local landline for the area you work in. That’s optional and takes a few days longer.

Yes. Start with the widget, move to the Ralphio System when you want the follow-up done for you, and add a custom website when it makes sense. Your widget comes with you each time.
