A free 15 minute call, on the phone or on Google Meet, whichever suits you. Tell me your website when you book and I'll go through it before we speak, so we start with what's actually happening rather than with me asking you to describe it.
What I'll ask you
- How work comes in now, and where it slips through
- How you price: a visit, a phone chat, or photos
- Your hours, and what counts as an emergency
- Where you'll travel to, and the jobs you'd rather not do
- How you talk to customers, so the texts sound like you
The system works in your name, so I need to know all that before I set it up. If you'd like longer than 15 minutes, just say.
