Miss a call and Ralphio texts them back within seconds, finds out what the job is, and sends you everything you need to ring them. You keep the number you’ve already got.

Nothing for them to download and no form to fill in. They just reply to a text.

Instead of your voicemail, they hear a short message: “We’ll text you now.”

From a call he didn’t answer
Rob rang Neil back from the van at 11:02. The boiler was 19 years old and not worth fixing, so he priced a new combi and the radiators while he was there. A job he’d never have heard about if the call had gone to voicemail.
The first text decides whether they wait for you or ring someone else. I write yours with you on the setup call, so it sounds like you.

So it never looks like a stranger, or a scam.
You’re working. It reads as busy, not ignored.
Easy to answer in a few words. Where, how soon and a name come next, one at a time.
Photos are easier there, and the conversation carries on. Already use WhatsApp Business?
No link to trust and nothing to install. Anyone can text back.
Three settings, and you can switch between them any time from your phone. I'd suggest approving each reply for the first week, then letting it run.

Is it an add-on?
No AI add-on, no charge per message, nothing extra however many calls you miss.
However people ring you, the texts come from one number, so each customer has one conversation. I set it up with you on the call, in about ten minutes.
Most people
You dial one code on your phone. The calls you don’t answer go to your Ralphio number instead of voicemail, and get texted back. Nothing you’ve had printed changes.
Look established
An 01 or 02 number for the area you cover, on your van, website and Google, ringing your mobile. Every call to it is caught, not just the missed ones.
Office line
Got a business landline? Move it to us and every call to it goes through the system. It takes a few weeks, so you get a number that rings you in the meantime.
Everyone misses calls. What matters is what happens in the next ten minutes, and who has to do it.
